Local Hotel Options

NHSMUN-ATL’s conference headquarters are at Emory’s Goodrich C. White Hall. Committee sessions, presentations, and conference activities take place at White Hall. Unlike NHSMUN in NYC, there is not a required hotel stay, since the ATL conference is not run in a hotel. Instead, the hotel booking will be done directly with local hotels and is separate from all conference registrations.  

The hotel rates are per room, per night, and are based on type of room. Most schools will assign 3-4 students per room for the most cost effective solution. Both hotel options offer different pricing for rooms.  

NOTE: NHSMUN-ATL has reserved a limited room block at a discounted rate. If all rooms in the block are sold out by the time you submit your reservation request, you may not be eligible for the discounted group rate. As a result, it is important to reserve as early as possible once the reservations begin. If you have any questions about hotel reservations, please contact nhsmun.atl@imuna.org. 

We have two hotels with courtesy rates, the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Atlanta Decatur/Emory and the Emory Conference Center Hotel. With both hotels, guests can easily reach top attractions like the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and Zoo Atlanta, making it an ideal balance between relaxation and city access.
